Online Study Group

Once again, the Black Banjo Reclamation Project is hosting online and in-person space that centers Black folks on their journey of banjo connection and reclamation. Our online banjo study group will run throughout the entirety of 2025 and happen on Zoom from 10 am to 12 pm PST every first Saturday of the month. Hannah Mayree will host this online space with the possibility of guest hosts as well! This space is available for drop-ins and will have the same format each session starting with going over beginning banjo techniques for anyone who is starting. This will feature demonstrations, space for questions, exercises, and practice time built in.
